Rendi LLC provides the technology that lets you open and operate an investment account from your phone. Rendi is not a brokerage firm. Your brokerage account is opened and held by Alpaca Securities LLC, under its own privacy notice.

We use your information to open, verify, and operate your account, meet KYC/AML legal requirements, prevent fraud, protect your account, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with Alpaca Securities LLC, service providers that help operate the platform, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. International data transfers
Your information is processed and stored in the United States, where our infrastructure providers and custodial brokerage operate.

We retain your information while your account is active and for the period required by applicable financial services laws and regulations.

Rendi is intended only for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
